• To create deepfakes or likenesses of real people without their explicit, verifiable consent

We reserve the right to monitor, filter, or remove content/prompts that violate these rules, suspend/terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. In case of termination, your license ends, but our data license survives.

The materials on enticed.ai are provided on an 'as is' basis. enticed.ai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

AI outputs may contain errors, biases from training data, or unintended results.

7. Limitations

In no event shall enticed.ai be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on enticed.ai.
